Order Form:

If you wish to complete your order by conventional means, i.e Post or Fax. Please continue shopping as if you are going to order online.

Once you have your desired products in your "Shopping Basket". Click on the "Proceed to Checkout" Button, which will take you to the Customer Detail Form.

Within the "Customer Details Page" you will be given an option to either "Pay Online" or "Print OrderForm". (Two Buttons at bottom of page). Please click on the "Print Orderform" button.

By Post:

Send your completed order form with payment to us at Swan Chocolate Company, Orchard Farm, Comberton, Ludlow, SY8 4HE, United Kingdom. (please make checks payable to Swan Chocolate Company.)

By Fax:

You can fax your order and payment details on +44 (0) 1584 831127.

Delivery:

All orders are dispatched as soon as possible, the majority of our orders reach their destinations on the next working day if orders are placed before 11am, however, please allow 28 days. If you need to confirm a certain delivery date please check before ordering on 01584 831127. All orders are sent by overnight carrier service or Royal Mail (UK. only).

Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges are based on £2.50 for the first item plus £0.50 per additional item. Charges are related to UK Mainland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Western Islands, Shetlands and Northern Ireland.

Overseas Orders:

Please contact The Swan Chocolate Company on +44 (0) 1584 831127 before ordering from Overseas Countries, we will then quote you a delivery charges and a price in your chosen currency.

Returns:

If you are not happy for any reason please let us know within 3 days and return the goods to us, unused, and in the original packaging for a replacement or refund. All postage and packing charges are non-refundable and payable by customer.

Cancellations:

Any order placed may be cancelled within 24 hours by email or telephone and a refund given. In the event of goods being dispatched inadvertently within this time, goods should be returned unopened and refund including postage costs will be made upon receipt of unopened, undamaged goods
