A Tia coffee flavoured truffle rolled in plain flakes.
Ludlow Truffle (Truffle)
A simple yet delicious mix of milk coverture and double cream rolled in Amoretti.This chocolate won a Bronze at The Great Taste Awards at Olympia this year.
Honey Combe (Truffle)
A honey flavoured milk ganache dipped in plain coverture. The lime blossom honey is sourced directly from Berrows Honey of Worcestershire to give this chocolate the ultimate melt in the mouth honey flavour. This is the chocolate which won Silver at The Great Taste Awards at Olympia in our 1st year of trading.

A ganache made using cherries steeped in gin with the liquor used for flavouring the ganache. The fruit gin is sourced from Tipsey Gin, a family company in Newham Bridge, Worcestershire.

A milk ganache made using natural raspberry flavouring, en-robed in plain coverture.
Lavender Mynd
A typical French style ganache, using a 60% single origin grenade coverture, flavoured with lavender oil.
